Country Sourdough

Naturally leavened over three days for a deep, tangy crumb and a crust that shatters. Baked in small batches.

Laminated by hand with proper cultured butter. Crisp outside, tender and layered within. Out warm at eight.

We started Crust & Crumb with one mixer, a stubborn sourdough starter and a spot on the high street. Everything you see is made here, from scratch, the slow way.

No shortcuts, no long ingredient lists. Just good flour, patience and the smell of baking that carries down the road. We’re proud to be your local.
